Are Nyrah products free from endocrine-disrupting chemicals (EDCs)?Updated 19 days ago
We know many of our customers are dealing with sensitive skin, hormonal changes, or major health events and that the topic of endocrine-disrupting chemicals (EDCs) can feel confusing or worrying.
You deserve absolute clarity and confidence in what you’re putting on your skin.
Here’s how Nyrah approaches it.
What people worry about: “EDCs in skincare”
A lot of the public concern comes from ingredients like certain parabens, phthalates, or chemical UV filters such as oxybenzone, all of which are commonly discussed online as possible endocrine disruptors.
We want you to know:
👉 None of these ingredients are used in any Nyrah products.
And even more importantly…
What protects you: EU Cosmetic Regulations
Nyrah is formulated under EU Cosmetic Regulations, the strictest cosmetic safety laws in the world.
Under these regulations:
👉 Ingredients classified as endocrine disruptors are not permitted in cosmetic products.
👉 Every ingredient we use must undergo strict safety assessments before it can be approved for use.
👉 All finished skincare must be scientifically reviewed and signed off by an EU-registered safety assessor.
This means EDCs simply cannot be part of any legally sold EU skincare, including ours.
