What does “plant-based” mean at Nyrah?

We describe our formulas as plant-based because they are created with botanical, non-animal, and non-petrochemical ingredients wherever possible. While the term “natural” is often used in beauty, it’s not regulated and doesn’t always reflect safety, especially for reactive or delicate skin.

Instead, we focus on:

•  Botanical extracts and oils like jojoba, avocado, shea, and argan

• Science-backed actives like niacinamide, hyaluronic acid, squalane, and bakuchiol

• No parabens, drying alcohols, or synthetic dyes

• Barrier-supportive formulations, designed with sensitive skin in mind

Many of our products are also available fragrance-free, and we always list scent components clearly.
