Soolantra (ivermectin) is a prescription treatment for rosacea, so we always recommend following your GP or dermatologist’s instructions first and foremost.
In general, prescription creams like Soolantra are best applied to clean, completely dry skin before layering any other products. Most people use it in the evening, but you should always follow the medical guidance you were given.
How to combine Soolantra with your Nyrah routine:
When using prescription rosacea treatments, it’s best to keep skincare gentle, minimal, and barrier-supportive.
A simple routine could look like this:
Cleanse with Undress

Use only as prescribed by your doctor.Allow it to fully absorb
Wait around 10–15 minutes before applying anything else.Follow with Drench (if needed)
