Thank you for purchasing the Nyrah Beauty Trial Pack! This offer includes a digital store credit coupon, giving you the opportunity to explore our full-sized products.
Please review the updated terms and conditions below for how to redeem and manage your credit.
1. Coupon Details
- Each Trial Pack purchase includes a digital store credit of €10 (or £8.50) for use on a future order, sent directly to the email address used at checkout.
- This credit is valid only for purchases made on nyrahbeauty.com.
2. Eligibility & Redemption
- The Trial Pack is designed to give you the opportunity to explore Nyrah Beauty’s range of products and discover what works best for your skin. The coupon is not intended to be used for repurchasing additional Trial Packs, as this goes against the spirit of the promotion. However, if you feel there is a special circumstance where we should accommodate this, please reach out to us; we’re always happy to listen and help where possible.
- Coupons are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- If an order is returned where the coupon was used, the coupon amount will not be refunded.
3. Expiry & Usage Restrictions
- Your unique coupon will have an expiry date of 30days from purchase listed in the email you receive.
- In exceptional cases, we may consider extending the validity of a coupon. However, these decisions will be made based on business conditions at the time. Customers are welcome to contact us, but the expiry date is fixed across all campaigns, and extensions are not guaranteed.
- Nyrah Beauty reserves the right to modify or discontinue this offer at any time.
4. How to Redeem
- Select your preferred full-sized Nyrah Beauty products.
- At checkout, enter your unique code in the designated field.
- The discount will be applied automatically if all conditions are met.
- Complete your purchase and enjoy your skincare journey!
5. Handling Orders Where Coupon Redemption Is Requested After Purchase
- Our system and accounts processes do not support refunds on coupons, and as stated on the coupon card, it cannot be applied retrospectively to an already completed order.
- However, if we are informed before an order has been fulfilled, we will place it on hold immediately and reach out to the customer to confirm if they wish to cancel their order. If they do, we will assist them in applying the coupon correctly.
- If the order has already been shipped, we are unable to cancel it, but we can extend the voucher for an additional 30 days as a courtesy, where appropriate.
6. Lost or Misplaced Coupons
If you have lost or misplaced your coupon, please contact us with your email address, order number and estimated order date at [email protected]. While we cannot guarantee a replacement, we will do our best to accommodate requests based on order confirmation and estimated purchase time.
If a replacement is approved, a new coupon will be issued via email and applied directly to the customer’s account through our system. Replacements will not be provided in physical form.
7. Compliance with Irish Law
This policy complies with all relevant consumer protection and e-commerce regulations under Irish law. Nyrah Beauty operates in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act 2007, the Sale of Goods and Supply of Services Act 1980, and applicable EU consumer rights legislation.
