Thank you for purchasing the Nyrah Beauty Trial Pack! Each Trial Pack order includes a digital store credit coupon designed to give you the opportunity to explore our full-sized product range.

Please review the updated terms and conditions below.

1. Coupon Details

• Each Trial Pack order includes one digital store credit coupon valued at €10 (or £8.50).
• Your unique code will be emailed to the address used at checkout once your order is processed.
• Store credit is valid only for purchases made on nyrahbeauty.com.
• Coupons are delivered digitally only; no physical or printed coupons are provided.

2. Eligibility & Redemption

• The Trial Pack is intended to help you discover which Nyrah Beauty products work best for your skin.
• The credit is intended for full-sized products and is not intended to be used to repurchase Trial Packs.
• If you believe there is a special circumstance, please contact us, we’re always happy to review individual cases.
• Coupons are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash.
• If an order is returned where a coupon was used, the coupon value is not refundable.

3. Expiry & Usage Restrictions

• Your coupon expires 30 days from the date of purchase, as listed in your email.
• Extensions may be considered in exceptional cases; however, these are not guaranteed and depend on business conditions.
• Nyrah Beauty reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue this offer at any time.

4. How to Redeem

1. Select your preferred full-sized Nyrah Beauty products.

2. Enter your unique code in the discount field at checkout.

3. The coupon will apply automatically if all conditions are met.

4. Complete your purchase and enjoy your Nyrah skincare journey!

5. Coupon Requests After an Order Has Been Placed

• Coupons cannot be applied retrospectively to completed orders.
• If you contact us before your order has been fulfilled, we will place the order on hold and confirm whether you wish to cancel and repurchase using your coupon.
• If your order has already shipped, we cannot cancel it; however, as a courtesy, we may extend your voucher by an additional 30 days when appropriate.

6. Lost or Misplaced Coupons

• If your coupon is lost or not received, please contact us at [email protected] with your email, order number, and estimated purchase date.
• While replacement is not guaranteed, we will do our best to assist once we confirm your order details.
• Approved replacements will be issued digitally and added directly to your Nyrah account.
• No physical coupon replacements will be provided.
