TRANSFORM serum didn’t suit my skin, what should I do?Updated a month ago

First, pause and don’t panic.

TRANSFORM is a renewal serum. Even though it does not contain retinol, it encourages gentle cellular turnover using plant-based bio-retinol actives. If skin is already dry, sensitised, menopausal, or barrier-compromised, introducing any renewal product too quickly can trigger temporary redness, tightness or sensitivity.

This does not automatically mean the product is “wrong” for your skin.

Most reactions happen due to:

• Using it too frequently too soon
• Applying too much product
• Layering with other active ingredients
• Applying too close to the eye area
• A weakened skin barrier at the time of use

What to do now:

• Stop using TRANSFORM for 5–7 days
• Simplify to Cleanse + Hydrate + Moisturise only
• Avoid exfoliants and other actives
• Focus on barrier repair

When skin feels calm again, reintroduce slowly:

• 1–2 per week only
• Pea-sized amount
• Avoid the immediate eye area
• Always apply moisturiser afterwards

If irritation persists or feels severe, discontinue use and contact us with details of your full routine (including non-Nyrah products) so we can assess properly.

TRANSFORM is designed to be gentle, but all renewal products require gradual introduction,  especially for reactive or hormonal skin.
