This can sometimes happen around bank holidays or weekends, when banks place a temporary hold or duplicate authorisation on your account. Rest assured, only one payment has been taken by us — the second “charge” is not a real transaction and should disappear automatically within a few working days, depending on your bank.

If the pending charge doesn’t clear within 3–5 business days, we recommend contacting your bank directly, as they control how and when those authorisations drop off.
