Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and rectify it. We are happy to offer a refund/exchange for any broken or faulty items returned within 14 days of receipt. If you have not notified us (within this time-frame) of an issue with your product, we will consider the products as being of satisfactory quality and may not accept any rejected items at a later date.
