If the product has been opened, unsealed, or used, you lose the right to return it for hygiene reasons. We are happy to offer a refund/ exchange for any unopened undamaged products within 14 days of delivery.

We must receive returns within14 days of delivery to you. Please be aware that we must receive returns within 14 days of delivery. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs of any returned items.

To start a return, you can contact us at [email protected]. If your return is accepted we'll send instructions on how and where to send your package.  You will be notified by email that we have received the refund and your refund will be issued promptly. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
