For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on any products that have been opened, unsealed, or used.
We are happy to offer a refund or exchange on unopened, unused, and undamaged products returned within 14 days of delivery, where there is a fault, damage, or packaging issue.
Change-of-mind purchases are not eligible for a refund once an order has been dispatched.
Key return conditions:
• Returns must be received by us within 14 days of delivery
• Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original condition
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable
